Michael Ball brings a unique blend of care, curiosity, and lived experience to his work as a Moench Method therapist. Before stepping into bodywork, Michael spent 15 years as a chef in New Orleans and Austin—an intense, hands-on career that demanded long hours and took a toll on his body.
That personal experience with pain is what ultimately led him toward a new path. Having been there himself, Michael is deeply motivated to help others get out of pain and back to doing what they love. His heart is simple and genuine: to help people feel better.
Outside the treatment room, Michael lives an active, adventurous life. He’s passionate about surfing, rock climbing, yoga, and cooking, and spends his free time swimming at Barton Springs or camping along the Texas coast. That love for movement and the outdoors shapes how he approaches the body—helping clients restore function so they can move, play, and live fully again.
